We don't mass produce: we create with love, one piece at a time.

To ensure the safety of the shipment, the carrier requires the recipient's signature upon delivery; if this is not possible, the goods will not be delivered.
If, upon delivery, the external appearance of the package shows imperfections, the Customer must open the package in the presence of the carrier.
We recommend inspecting the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity delivered corresponds to the order and that the packaging is intact and undamaged or otherwise altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.
Any delivery problems must be reported promptly to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 calendar days of order confirmation.
