Returns and exchanges

Made:

Returns are not permitted for personalized items and earrings (due to hygiene issues).

For all other items, you can request a return within 14 days of purchase by sending a request to the following email: vajouxjewels@gmail.com.

The cost is €15 and is paid by the consumer (in order to promote more conscious and responsible consumption).

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped (they must not be damaged in any way) in the same original packaging/box correctly positioned with the tags and any type of gadget present, without which the product will be unsellable and the return will be invalid (the return package must be well closed and sealed).

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction and will only take place after the goods have been received and checked.

NB: The cost of shipping, any additional services requested by the customer for delivery, and additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer (incorrect IBAN, incorrect account holder, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

In case, the articles present:
breakage due to improper use, damage caused by external factors such as rubbing, chemicals, etc. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped (they must not be worn, damaged, or otherwise damaged) in the same original packaging/box, properly positioned with tags and any other accessories present. Without these, the product will be unsellable and the exchange will be invalid (the exchange package must be tightly closed and sealed).

In case, the articles present:

Damage:

If the purchased product arrives damaged, the consumer must inform Vajoux Jewels within 24 HOURS of receipt by sending a request to the following email: vajouxjewels@gmail.com.

If the item is worn and accidentally damaged, the consumer must promptly inform Vajoux Jewels by sending a request to the following email address: vajouxjewels@gmail.com.

The item can be repaired (the type of damage must be assessed as not all items can be repaired).

NB: shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
